AFGHAN OMID CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD has been established in 2002, with main aims to assist for the development rehabilitation and reconstruction of Afghanistan. With its main office in Kabul and sub-offices in Kandahar, Uruzgan and Helmand provinces.

Afghan Omid Construction Co.ltd is operating under the executive supervision of Eng.Noor Ahmad Ekhlas as its president and Eng.Hamayun Amini as vice president.

The basic target of the company, constructing Afghanistan with the latest machineries, is the only code for AOCC our goals is to rehabilitate Afghanistan inn order to be the pioneers in construction area, AOCC has recruited engineers and operator staff from foreign countries and has imported the latest machineries from top international companies.

AOCC construction is an active organization working through direct cooperation with local ministries registered with Afghan Investment Support Agency (AISA) under license number.
